Production Control Lead

The B&E Group, LLC is a major supplier of complex precision machined components and assemblies to the Aerospace industry. We are currently seeking a Production Control Lead for our Westfield Facility.
The candidate must have experience in directing, monitoring and ensuring efficient job operations through the manufacturing process within the building. Production Control of departments for NDT Department, the Burring Department and a lean manufacturing cell are expected. Additional duties include building and machine maintenance requests, and to organize and maintain the existing storage system. This position will report to Southwick Production Control. Candidate will provide technical assistance and training related to process to technical staff as required below:
Predominant Tasks:
Enter purchase orders in MRP system
Create work orders in MRP system for internal and Supplier work
Track all inventory
Ship / receive parts (packing, unpacking and verifying quantity)
Attain NDT Level 1 certification
Update BEPAC MRP job board and answer phones
Scan closed work orders
Collateral Inspect duties
Minimum Qualifications Desired:
Leadership skills
Communication to the team, Suppliers, and Customers
Ensure adherence to manufacturing standard work
Ensure adherence to the BEPAC quality management system
