Work involves the fabrication, modification, repair, assembly, and installation of sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies. Metals include but are not restricted to galvanized and black iron, aluminum and aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, and brass sheets, lead alloys and bronze. Military Grades:

This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Experience:
Must have experience, education, or training that has provided the candidate with the skill in planning, layout and construction to manufacture items and systems. Experience which provided the candidate with the ability to lead others, plan and organize. Provides instruction and demonstrate the techniques, methods, and procedures to be followed. Experience which demonstrates knowledge of materials and resources required to complete the required tasks. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 18 months Experience in planning, layout, and construction skills to manufacture items and systems with dovetailed seams, set-in-bottom seams, burred-bottom seams, or wired or lock seams. Experience using more complicated shop tools and equipment. Experience in using metals including stainless steel, copper sheet, magnesium, honeycomb material and alloys. Experience demonstrating the use of more complicated mathematical calculations and complicated measuring instruments. In addition to the journeyman level knowledge, experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and lead the work of others in the repair electronics. Must have the ability to perform administrative functions; to read and interpret a variety of technical publications used in the repair of supported equipment. Experience demonstrating a candidate's ability to provide guidance to others in troubleshooting malfunctions. Experience, which demonstrates ability to instruct others in use of measuring devices.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
